Saginaw Fence Permits
This inner Fort Worth suburb allows residents to build fences up to 3 feet in the front yard and at least 6 feet elsewhere.
If you’re building a fence over 6 feet tall, you’ll need a permit. The cost is $25.
The city doesn’t allow fences on public easements or building into the visibility triangle of an intersection. No fences are permitted in floodplain or drainage areas.
Front-yard fences must be decorative. Barbed wire can be used only atop fences that are at least 6 feet tall and lower than 10 feet tall.

He replaced two sections of fence totaling 27 ft facing the street, one with a gate. Was concerned they sent just one guy to do this who arrived at 10am but he finished just before sunset so I could get a good look at the great job he did. Looks better than the original installed 20 years ago.
