Colleyville Fence Permits
Colleyville allows up to 8 ft fences in side/back yards and 2.5 ft front-yard fences that are 75% transparent (wrought iron and concrete). A permit costs $75 and includes several restrictions.
Fences cannot block visibility triangles and must follow spacing rules. Barbed wire and broken glass are prohibited, and wood must be treated and kept off the ground. Masonry fences require plans sealed by a Texas-registered engineer.
