Located around 20 minutes outside of Fort Worth, Buzz Custom Fence completed a neighborhood fence around Shadow Creek Ranch. Located in Aledo, the wealthy suburb west of Fort Worth is a fast growing community of nearly 6,000 residents.
The community was originally built in 2008, but needed to replace an existing, aging wooden fence within a foundation of stone. Buzz Custom Fence was hired by the Shadow Creek HOA, as all homeowners would benefit from the fence’s added privacy, security and beauty. We frequently work with homeowners associations, real estate developers and property managers for condos to apartment complexes.
There are often unique challenges to building a fence or commercial gate for a community. Many neighborhoods want to install a fence that will increase home values. In addition to a custom entrance sign, a community fence and gate provide a first impression for residents, the nearby public to new homeowners. Another important requirement is a fence height and spacing that will help block road noise and provide privacy for homeowners. Finally, many communities choose fence materials that last a long time and require minimal maintenance.
For Shadow Creek Ranch, home prices range from the mid $300,000s up to $700,000. The results speak for themselves, but accurately reflect the exterior style of homes. Materials used in the project were Stained Western Red Cedar privacy fencing and split rail, set within stone columns and a stone retaining wall.
